This website is run by JPN Asia Pte Ltd (“JPN”, “we”, “us”), 3 Church Street, #13-02 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483. We supply fatty-acid products for animal nutrition, food and industry to customers around the world.

What we collect

This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us, usually by email. This may include:

• the content of your message and any files you attach, such as specifications or a CV

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

How we use it

• to answer your enquiry and provide quotations, samples and documents
• to manage our relationship with customers, suppliers and partners
• to consider you for a role, if you send us your CV

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics in future, we will use a privacy-friendly service and update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. If you send us a CV and we have no suitable opening, we may keep it for up to two years to consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to us using it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law, such as the GDPR in Europe.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive personal information unless it is needed.
